I Understand Where You Are

My name is Lesley, I opened the LOKfit studio in Cobham with the purpose of changing women's future for the better.

By the time I hit my late 40s, I had years of experience training women, but I was quietly struggling. I was tired all day, wired of a night, bloated to the point of looking 6 months pregnant, and plagued with injuries. No matter how disciplined I was, my body wasn’t responding the way it used to.


That’s when I realised something had to change.

I dug deep into the science of female hormones, specifically how they affect training, metabolism and recovery. What I found changed everything. Most of the fitness advice women are given simply isn’t built for women, especially not women navigating perimenopause and menopause.

I studied with leading experts in the US and became a certified Advanced Hormone Fitness Specialist and began developing a method based on real science and real women. Trialled on myself and then my clients the results were life-changing.
