Your Questions, Answered

How much does it cost?

We understand price matters, but results matter more. Most members invest between £300 and £360 per month, depending on the level of support they need. Book your consultation and we will help find the best option for your goals.

Do you have to be over 40

No, we are here to support any women. Currently our Members range from the age of 32 to 70. We are particularly experts in navigating midlife but equally we are hormone fitness specialists so are working with women having fertility issues to postpartum, and younger women thrown into surgical menopause.

I’ve never lifted weights, do you cater for complete beginners?

YES, getting women lifting for the first time is one of our passions. We know it can be daunting so be assured we are there every step of the way coaching meticulously to teach you correct form, keep you safe from injury and watch your confidence soar.

I used to do Crossfit but had to give it up because of a shoulder injury, is your training suitable?

Absolutely it is! We never ever lift weights as a metabolic workout and you will never see a burpee in sight. We complete full assessments upon Enrollment and can adapt training around injuries but hope to be able to help you with them too.

Do you just do strength training?

NO, however strength training is a fundamental part of most of our Members exercise prescription because it is such a huge contributor to our overall health. We also offer a portfolio of classes that support hormonal health.

I really need help with my nutrition, is this something you offer?

Absolutely it is as nutrition is critical to your success. We take a holistic approach to fitness as training is fruitless without fueling correctly. We also bring lifestyle factors like sleep and stress into the mix as they are all intrinsically linked.

What is your training (class) timetable?

We offer early morning sessions (most weekdays) from 6.45 / 7.15 am starts. They then run hourly throughout the morning and finish at 2pm. We do not open in the evenings, apart from our Restorative classes, as it is not optimal for women to train intensely late in the day due to the adverse effect on our hormones.

Do you do Personal Training?

Yes we do.  Personal Training is available for anyone that prefers to train privately.   Sometimes, we start new Members with PT if we feel there is a need. However, we encourage all our Members to train in a semi-private setting as we have such an amazing community of like-minded women.  

Have you got a maximum capacity of people in any one class?

Our signature, Get Lifted - weight training, is delivered in a semi-private setting of 4 people maximum. Our portfolio of classes to complement your strength training are small group of 6-10 women depending on the style of class
