Based on this, you’ll be prescribed a Beginner Phase tailored to you.

This phase is designed for:

- Those returning after time off
- Anyone rehabbing or managing an injury
- Women who need extra support and attention
You’ll spend a period of time here (based on your individual needs), building strength, confidence, and movement quality.
Only when you’re ready do we progress you to the next level.
